POLICIES and SHIPPING

My customers are important to me.  Orders will be shipped to you within 3 business days (usually within 1). I carefully pack your items to withstand their journey to you.

**Due to Covid 19 concerns of many I will be packing and handling your order/s in a safe and hygienic manner. I know that USPS are very likely to be using safe practices as much as possible also. If you are worried about who has handled the package between myself and arrival at your home my advice (and I have been using this method on all mail/anything that comes into my home as I am one of those people considered to be "at risk" due to asthma) is that when you recei*ve your package you either use a santizing wipe or piece of lightly wetted and soaped kitchen roll or cloth to wipe all exterior surfaces before taking the package into your home, washing your hands thoroughly afterwards.

  Handmade item/s ordered together with a purchased combined value of $30 or more are insured, at cost to me. All items are shipped via USPS mail with tracking number, which will be provided by email notification to you when items are shipped - it is very unlikely, but if there is a problem with your order and you need to return it, contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange return. Return shipping is at cost to the buyer for item/s not being suitable/buyer's remorse. I will work my customers to resolve any other issues, including refund of cost for return shipping to me, in applicable cases. Plant pots are shipped by Priority mail only.
